How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship Monday through Friday via US Postal Service (USPS Priority and Global Priority). Other methods of shipping (Fedex, UPS) will require an additional charge.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM PST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
US orders should arrive within 3-10 business days and Canadian orders within a 7-14 business days, and International orders 1-3 weeks.
How much is postage?
LOCAL STORE PICKUP Free! Just select this if you live in the area and would like to pick up your order at our shop in Los Feliz.
DOMESTIC ORDERS We offer $10 FLAT RATE USPS Priority Shipping for all US orders & FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $250. California orders will be charged sales tax.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING via USPS Priority Express is $30 within California and $40 for all other US states. California orders will be charged sales tax. Orders must be place by 12 pm PST for same day processing. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that overnight orders will be delivered Mon-Friday only and are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery.
CANADIAN ORDERS We offer $25 FLAT RATE SHIPPING for all Canadian orders. Taxes and duties may apply.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We currently do not ship to countries outside of the US/Canada.
Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: We require a signature for all packages. You have the option to waive the signature when selecting shipping options. However, if you choose to waive the signature, Carol Young | Undesigned will no longer be responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages. We are sorry, but we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
