Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange or return an item I have ordered?
EXCHANGES must be made within 14 days of receipt. When an exchange is requested, we will charge your credit card if there is a balance before the exchanged items are shipped out. Exchanged items will be shipped out upon receipt of returned items. Additional shipping may apply. Exchanges are allowed once. After that, the item/order is Final Sale and will not be accepted back.
RETURNS Full-priced, unworn clothing with original tags attached & unused merchandise in its original undamaged/unmarked packaging may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY (minus shipping) within 14 days of receipt. Shoes will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged designer shoebox. Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Returns that are received AFTER 14 days of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
If you decide to return an item(s) to Carol Young | Undesigned, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Carol Young | Undesigned. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS & ALL SALE ITEMS, INCLUDING THOSE PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE, ARE FINAL SALE. They may not be returned or exchanged.
Please call (323) 663-0088 or email to attain a Return Authorization number and let us know that you would like to make an Exchange or Return. The item MUST be returned to CAROL YOUNG | UNDESIGNED in unworn and perfect condition (including hangtags and original packaging).
Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped.
