How do I take care of my Undesigned by Carol Young clothing?

Most of our clothing are simply cold water wash, line dry or dry flat. For certain fabrics that need special care, such as wool and silk, we recommend green dry cleaning.

Yes- at our discretion. Certain styles may be special ordered if the fabric is available. There is a $50 special order fee and will require 4-6 weeks for completion. Special orders are non-refundable. Please contact us for details.

Yes, we offer a repleating service for any of our Moth crush pleated piece. This usually takes 2-3 weeks, depending on our production schedule.

Please Note--Items must be washed/cleaned by customer PRIOR to repleating. We are not responsible for any fabric damage/general wear on garments that are brought in by customers for repleating. Also, we only offer repleating for clothing with the CAROL YOUNG | UNDESIGNED label.
